Message	to 10 in Hg and aftermarkets open at about 20 in Hg (adjustable of course). Anyways, your car idles at about 15-20 in Hg, which means that the stock recirc valves could be slightly cracked open, which means you'll run a little bit lean at idle and have a rough idle.
